This feature is only available from Lutetia 5.1.1-SNAPSHOT

- Click on "Add an admin Feature"
The fields to fill in are as follows:
|Feature technical ID||Yes||Technical Id for the Law|
|Name (or i18n key of the name)||Yes||If you want to manage the location; add an i18n key for the name of the external feature to be added, in the files features_message_ (en) .properties (...), and enter this complete key. Otherwise, enter a name for the feature directly.|

|Description (or key 18n of the description)||Yes||If you want to manage the location; add an i18n key for the description of the external feature to be added, in the files features_message_ (en) .properties (...), and enter this complete key. - Once added, this external admin Feature is considered a right in the sense of Lutèce: it is possible to give the right of access to this Feature to the managers according to the level of right chosen for this right.
Be careful to activate the right for the feature created by the different managers, so that it appears on their admin dashboard
It is always possible to return to your choice of name, description, key or right level of an external feature by modifying it in the management of external features.
